A woman isn't sure she's in the wrong for asking her coworker to refrain from bringing her toddler to her side of their shared workspace.

The original poster (OP) shared their story on Reddit and explained that she works in a small graphic design studio. She said the layout of their office is an open floor plan and noted she shares her desk with another designer named Tara.

OP said that Tara has a 2-year-old daughter that she sometimes brings into work, mostly when things like daycare fall through. Although that usually entails the toddler playing with toys quietly in Tara's lap or in a corner, the situation was recently quite different.

Tara asked OP if she could bring her toddler daughter to her side of the desk so OP could watch her for ten minutes while she ran out to grab something
