Police have not made any direct arrests in a deadly mass shooting at Lincoln University on Saturday night even though they have video evidence from the public and assistance from the FBI, Chester County District Attorney Christopher de Barrena-Sarobe said.
The shooting left one dead and six wounded.
One person was arrested on the night of the shooting, but was charged only with carrying a firearm without a license, a felony. Zecqueous Morgan-Thompson, 21, of Delaware, is in Chester County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail, but an affidavit of probable cause doesn’t directly tie him to the shooting.
