Jimmy Thelin is searching for the balance between heart and mind as he looks to find some consistent form for Aberdeen .

The Dons are second bottom of the Premiership , one point ahead of Livingston, with three wins from 15 in all competitions this season.

After encouraging victories in the league against Dundee and St Mirren, a 6-0 Conference League thumping by AEK Athens in Greece last Thursday was followed by a 2-1 loss at Pittodrie against Hibernian on Sunday.

Ahead of the trip to Kilmarnock on Wednesday night, Thelin addressed the frustrations of the Aberdeen supporters as he tries to plot the way forward for the Granite City club.
