POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Dutchess County District Attorney's Office reported that Anthony Taylor of Poughkeepsie was arraigned on an indictment in a homicide case on Tuesday. The 18-year-old was arrested on October 17.
Taylor is accused of shooting 22-year-old Gabrial Mosca with a handgun near Main and Garden Streets in Poughkeepsie around 5:20 p.m. on October 3. Mosca later died from his injuries at MidHudson Regional Hospital.
The indictment against Taylor charges him with second-degree murder and two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He was arraigned before Judge Jessica Segal in Dutchess County Court and was held at the county jail without bail ahead of further proceedings.
