On Tuesday, Nov. 11 the city of Phoenix observes the Veterans Day holiday, with some city service affected or facilities closed for the day.

Solid Waste Collection: Curbside collection will not change during the week of Veterans Day. Trash and recycling collection will happen as regularly scheduled on Veterans Day.

Transfer Stations: Both the 27th Avenue and North Gateway transfer stations will be closed on Tuesday, Nov. 11.

Public Works Customer Contact Center: The Customer Contact Center will be closed on Tuesday, Nov. 11. It will reopen at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 12. Residents can call 602-262-6251.
