TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - Newly released documents detail the extent of an attack at The Jackrabbit Lounge on Oracle Road on Saturday, Oct. 25.

The TPD said Tony Nieves, 60, was arrested on three counts of aggravated assault with a dangerous instrument, two counts of aggravated assault with temporary but substantial disfigurement, and one felony count of criminal damage.

Nieves made his first court appearance Sunday morning, and the judge set his bond at $100,000.

The interim complaint shows Nieves was armed with a hatchet and started smashing out mirrors inside the business before approaching three customers.

The document shows Nieves hit a first victim in his head and a second victim in her hand.

A third victim tried to defend himself by using a chair, but was still hit.
