MAKAHA (HawaiiNewsNow) - On Farrington Highway near Waikomo Beach, Emergency Medical Services responded to a crash involving a motorcyclist and a moped.

On Tuesday, around 6 a.m., EMS responded to the crash involving two patients.

EMS said the motorcyclist was wearing a helmet, while the moped driver was riding without a helmet.

Both patients are 32-year-old men.

EMS administered life-saving treatment and transported both patients to an emergency room for further medical treatment.
