BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - One of Baton Rouge’s two Outback locations has closed its doors for good.

According to a sign posted on its front door, the Outback Steakhouse on Jones Creek Boulevard is closed.

Sunday, Oct. 26, was the location’s last day of service after 24 years of operation, a company spokesperson confirmed with The Advocate .

As of Tuesday, the restaurant’s signage and any indication of it being the home of the Bloomin’ Onion were already gone.

Outback’s other Baton Rouge location , which is off South Acadian Thruway, remains open.

The restaurant also has a location still open off South Veterans Boulevard in Gonzales.
