ALBANY, New York (WWNY) - The state is set to hand out money to groups to get children to county fairs.
$350,000 is available through the state Department of Agriculture to bring youth groups to county fairs - groups of kids that may not otherwise be able to attend a fair.
This is the second year for the program.
Last year, Cornell Cooperative Extension and Lewis County Agriculture Society each got $25,000 through the program.
