BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - The Bryan Police Department (BPD) responded to a call at the Bel Air Community, located off Leonard Road in Bryan, around 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 28, 2025.

According to police, a juvenile was placed under arrest for an intoxication assault.

“Preliminary investigation indicates two other juveniles were possibly ‘hood surfing’ and were run over after the car crashed into a culvert,” Seth Waller, BPD’s public information officer, said.

Waller said two juveniles were transported to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Police said this is still an active investigation.

The Bel Air Community is located off Leonard Road in Bryan. (kbtx)
