The suspect in last week’s Bank of America robbery was also charged today with multiple additional offenses related to a home invasion near Daffin Park.

On Oct. 23, Savannah Police Department officers responded to a report of a home invasion, armed robbery, and auto theft around 8:30 a.m.

Eric J. Williams, 37, was charged with home invasion, two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of kidnapping, two counts of false imprisonment, theft by taking firearm, theft by taking auto and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Williams is in custody in connection to the Oct. 23 robbery of the East Victory Drive branch of Bank of America .
