A Delaware State Trooper accused of attacking a person at a pizza shop in January has been indicted on felony charges, according to the Attorney General's Office.

The incident unfolded at Nicola Pizza at Ocean One Plaza in Lewes, Del., on Jan. 30, 2025, when Master Corporal William Walker, 53, was in street clothes and he said he saw a fight break out between two people, officials said.

When one of the men involved in the fight left the pizza shop, Walker followed him, according to officials.

Walker allegedly told the man that he was a police officer before he pulled the man back to the pizza shop while restraining him in a nelson hold, officials said.
