The Shire of Murray’s sports festival returns for its second event of the year with Murray Active Adventures coming November 22 and 23.
Having attracted more than 100 fun-seeking sports enthusiasts to its inaugural event in March, this second iteration will offer a jam-packed weekend full of free sporting events and recreational activities for the community to take part in.
Shire president Douglas McLarty said there would be activities held throughout the weekend for all ages and abilities.
“There is something for everyone with events including: bushwalking, canoeing, hockey, mountain biking, slot car racing, touch football, volleyball, golf, tennis, yoga, carriage driving, bootcamp, lawn bowls, and more,” he said.
