JEFFERSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office said a Detroit man was arrested after hundreds of Oxycodone pills and thousands of dollars were found in a home.
According to JCSO, 30-year-old Marcus Kirk, of Detroit, was pulled over after authorities saw him provide a dealer with suspected methamphetamine and heroin.
Investigators then went to a home in Jefferson County and found about 430 Oxycodone pills, several pounds of other suspected narcotics and $3,400 in cash.
Kirk was arrested and taken to the Jefferson County Detention Center, where he is being held on a $500,000 bond.
Several other agencies were involved with the investigation, including the Cocke County Sheriff’s Office, FBI, Homeland Security, Tennessee Highway Patrol and the Bean Station Police Dep
