BOARDMAN, Ohio (WKBN) - Cardinal Mooney girls soccer lost to Kirtland 1-0 in the Division V Regional Semifinal of the 2025 OHSAA Girls Soccer State Championships at Boardman High School on Tuesday night.

The lone goal came from Kirtland's Lexi Vosciky in the 22nd minute of the first half in the victory.

Mooney's 2025 season ends with a second straight district title and an overall record of (14-4-1).

Kirtland advances to the Division V Regional Final in the OHSAA Girls Soccer State Championships with a season record of (15-6).
