Brian K. Anderson of Fortune Bay did a pretty good impression of the paparazzi this weekend as he took photos of the 14th annual Spirit of Hospitality Awards.
Business owners up north say they get to go to ritzy chamber of commerce dinners once in a while, so why not an event for workers?
“This is for the front-line employees who do it day in and day out, and it is such a humbling experience to bring these people together,” said business owner Jim Makowsky.
The Spirit Awards are given by the Iron Range Tourism Bureau, also known as Visit the Range.
