SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) — Kids are anxiously waiting to put on their Halloween costumes and head out trick-or-treating this coming Friday, but not everyone is waiting.
Tyson Events Center’s early Halloween trick-or-treat event started at 5 p.m. on Tuesday night, with a ton of Siouxland businesses helping to make the spooky holiday a fun and safe place for kids.
