LINCOLN, Neb. (KSNB) - An Adams County man is suing Roblox for alleging enabling a predator to groom him when he was a teen and orchestrate his sexual assault.

Two law firms filed the lawsuit in Nebraska’s federal court district on Oct. 21 on behalf of the 27-year-old man. The lawsuit is part of a broader legal action by the two firms representing over 2,500 child victims on Roblox and Discord.

The suit alleges Roblox knowingly failed to implement basic safety measures – like age-gating, stricter content moderation, stronger identity verification, and improved parental controls – to protect children from online predators.
