CHICAGO (WLS) -- One of the people hurt in a fire at the Offshore Rooftop restaurant in Navy Pier has filed a lawsuit.

Kira Bond, who lives in New York, was in Chicago for a corporate work trip.

She was critically injured with serious and disfiguring burns to her face, chest and torso. Bond said she has had multiple skin grafts and surgery and will need more.

The lawsuit claims a worker threw alcohol on a fire, causing serious injuries.

The incident was captured on video by a security camera.
