Two women are arrested at an Evansville spa on prostitution-related charges.

New York residents Qinghua Liu and Ying Chen were jailed after an investigation into the business.

Evansville police began their investigation after a maintenance worker was allegedly solicited while working at the Star Spa on North Green River Road.

Officers spoke to two men leaving the business, both of whom said they were offered sexual favors but declined.
