WEST CHESTER TOWNSHIP, Ohio —
The West Chester Township Board of Trustees has voted unanimously to move forward with a $18.3 million land purchase along the northeast corner of Interstate 75 and Union Centre Boulevard.

According to officials, the property will serve as the foundation for the Mill Creek District, envisioned as a "transformative" mixed-use development that will attract both public use and private investment.
Anchored by the restored Mill Creek greenway, the plan calls for a walkable district with employment opportunities, recreation and community gathering.
