“There will be a guilty plea to count two,” defence counsel Z. Elias told the court.

Ingersoll was charged with selling or possessing unstamped tobacco under the Excise Act (count two), according to the docket.

Crown counsel Adam Karbani recounted that the case began when the RCMP performed a curfew check on Dustin Swanson.

Karbani said that as a result of the investigation, police performed a traffic stop on Ingersoll, seized the vehicle and arreste
