WATERTOWN, Mass. —
The Watertown Police Department is investigating a donation theft worth thousands of dollars from St. Patrick's Church.
According to authorities, the theft occurred sometime after 5:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 27, and was reported to police Tuesday, Oct. 28, at 8:30 a.m.
Police say an estimated $9,000 in donations was stolen from inside the church. Details of the theft and a description of a potential suspect were not immediately available.
