Imphal, October 30 2025: The Department of Transport has notified all citizens who own vehicles or hold driving licenses to update their Aadhaar-linked mobile numbers through the official Parivahan portal at https://parivahan.gov.in .

A notification issued by Khumanthem Diana Devi, Director, Transport has informed that a three-month "Mobile Number Update Drive" is being launched to encourage citizens to update their Aadhaar-linked mobile numbers through the transport portal.

Citizens can also visit the District Transport Offices, Manipur for mobile number updation and assistance.

The notification has advised citizens to complete the updation of their Aadhar-linked mobile numbers at the earliest to ensure uninterrupted access to e-services, digital communication and statutory notificati
