CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A second suspect in a homicide on Oct. 21 has been arrested Thursday.

The incident happened along Wallingford Street, located off West Exmore Street near Nations Crossing Road in south Charlotte. The initial report was shared around 6:30 p.m., with CMPD sharing further information later in the evening.

The department said officers were called to help Medic around 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 21. They arrived to find a victim in a hotel room who had died of a gunshot wound. He has since been identified as 53-year-old Ronald Neville.

The first suspect was identified as 32-year-old Ronnie Fewell who was arrested on Oct. 22. Fewell was charged with felony murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon and felony conspiracy.
