BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WBRC ) - We’re keeping rain chances on the low side today — anything that pops up should stay light and brief. Most of that activity looks to hang out north of I-20, maybe clipping parts of east Alabama. For most of us, the day stays dry, and by this evening, those clouds will start to thin out.
Now, it’s definitely a cooler day than what we had yesterday. Highs will top out in the upper 50s to low 60s, and you’ll probably notice it starting to feel even cooler late in the day as some drier air moves in. Keep that jacket handy if you’re spending time outside. Winds will be out of the northwest around 5 to 10 mph, with some gusts pushing up to 20.
If you’ve got evening plans, good news — we’re looking dry with partly cloudy skies. Temperatures will cool quickly once t
