One person was injured after a fire broke out at a Brooklyn Park apartment building Saturday morning.
The Brooklyn Park Police Department says it responded to a report of a fire at an apartment on the 6400 block of 67th Avenue North just before 9:30 a.m.
At the scene, police and fire crews found smoke coming from a second-floor apartment. The fire was extinguished shortly after crews arrived.
One person was injured in the fire, but fire officials have not released any details regarding the severity of their injuries.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
