PrimeTime Wellness Club is a new initiative of the Mandel Jewish Center of Cleveland in Beachwood.
The twice-monthly program is for active adults who want to stay in shape, strong and socially connected. Each session includes guided movement, a healthy lunch, and fun, engaging activities that support physical, mental and emotional well-being in a warm, welcoming community setting,” according the program brochure.
The Jewish Federation of Cleveland provides funding for the program. Mandel JCC members pay $10 and nonmembers pay $20 for one session. That includes a healthy kosher meal from Kantina, participating in a group fitness class and a lecture or other activity.
PrimeTime Wellness Club is on the first and third Wednesday of the month from 11:15 a.m. to 2 p.m. from Nov. 5 through May
