KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A man previously convicted of a separate robbery will spend more than a decade in prison for the robberies of two Kansas City businesses.
Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Monday, Oct. 27, indicate that Mark J. Washington, 60, pleaded guilty to 2 counts of robbery.
As a result, court documents noted that Washington was sentenced to spend 12 years in prison on each count. However, those sentences are set to be served concurrently.

In March, the Kansas City Police Department said Washington was found and arrested at Blue Line Bar, following robberies at Burnt End BBQ and Lucca Collection. At the time, he had the stolen cash on him.
