BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WBRC ) - THE NEXT 24 HOURS : Temperatures will take another big tumble overnight, with a clear sky and lows in the middle 30s to lower 40s.
The good news is we will enjoy more beautiful fall afternoons, with sunshine, and highs in the comfy 70s. This pattern will continue through the middle of the week. Absolutely picture-perfect weather for afternoon outdoor activities!
THE NEXT BIG THING : Dry weather will continue throughout the daytime hours on Friday. However, the next cold front will impact the state this weekend, and we will see a chance for scattered showers and storms returning Friday night, as milder/moist air lifts in.
We should see another break in the wet weather during the day on Saturday and right now the weather looks dry for the big college game.
