A $1 million reward has been announced in the long-unsolved murder of Boggabilla woman Theresa Binge, more than two decades after her body was found in a roadside drain in northern NSW.
Binge, 43, was last seen on July 18, 2003 at O’Shea’s Royal Hotel in Goondiwindi, Queensland.
She was wearing a black and yellow striped football jersey, silver track pants and white runners. Her family reported her missing three days later.
On July 29, her body was discovered in a drain beneath the Mungindi-Goondiwindi Bridge Rd, about 12 kilometres south of Goondiwindi.
The case was handed to Moree Police and later taken up by the Homicide Squad’s Unsolved Homicide Team.
In 2007, a $100,000 reward was offered and an inquest confirmed Theresa was murdered by an unknown person or persons. No one has
