State pensioners have been encouraged to verify if they could be eligible for additional funds from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). People of state pension age can receive Attendance Allowance, which provides £73.90 or £110.40 per week.

This means you could receive up to £5,740.80 annually through the scheme, or approximately £478 monthly. Simon Misiewicz, a finance expert from Optimise Accountants Limited , said that many people might be missing out on this benefit.
