'Key offenders' arrested in bid to tackle antisocial behaviour in Stockwood View Image

"Key offenders" have been arrested in a bid to tackle antisocial behaviour in a Bristol neighbourhood.

It comes as officers from Stockwood's neighbourhood policing team (NPT) have been providing increased patrols on Hollway Road, the area’s main shopping street.

Avon and Somerset Police have been working to tackle antisocial behaviour in the area since May, when 20 hours of additional police officer visible patrols were completed in the area.

This was in addition to the NPT engagement with the community and retailers.

In September, the force said it had been supporting retailers and was raising the location into a ‘Problem Solving Plan' (PSP) - a multi-agency approach, working with the shop owners
