INDIANAPOLIS -- Indiana Gov. Mike Braun is continuing his mission to make Indiana a national leader in nuclear energy.
According to a news release from First American Nuclear (FANCO), the company announced on Tuesday its plans to establish Indiana as the home of FANCO's headquarters, manufacturing facilities and an energy park.
This comes after Braun signed six nuclear energy-related bills in early July. According to previous reports, the bills aimed at Indiana embracing the future of nuclear energy, helping position the state to be at the forefront of sustainable nuclear technology.
