Maricopa County's Proposition 409 is still passing, according to the latest update.

The latest election results showed "yes" votes continued to lead on the ballot question that asked county residents to finance nearly $900 million in improvements to the county's public health system.

The updated unofficial results posted at 6:59 p.m. on Nov. 6. The "yes" votes had only a slight edge over the "no" side when the first set of results posted at 8 p.m. on Nov. 4, but the "yes" side took a stronger lead on Nov. 5 that continued to hold Nov. 6.
