WADESBORO, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- The Wadesboro Police Department announced it has appointed Chief Michael Childers as the town's new Chief of Police.
"Chief Childers has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, professionalism, and a deep commitment to serving and protecting the citizens of Wadesboro," The Wadesboro Police Department wrote on Facebook. "His dedication to strengthening community relationships, supporting our officers, and ensuring the safety of all residents reflects his passion for public service and his vision for the continued growth of our department."
