MORRISVILLE, NY (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) – The New York State Police have released more information on Monday’s shooting incident in a dormitory building at SUNY Morrisville. According to State Troopers, the shooting incident was an isolated dispute between people who were familiar with each other. No arrests have been made at this time.
The victim is reported to be a 20 year old male who sustained non-life threatening injuries from a gunshot wound to his neck. A release from the State Police on Monday indicated that the victim was not a student at the college. He was the only person wounded in the incident.
