Apparently, it doesn't matter if an NBA player is on the court, he could still be subject to drug testing.
Indiana Pacers star Tyrese Haliburton — who will miss the 2025-26 season as he recovers from an Achilles injury suffered in Game 7 of the '25 NBA Finals — reported Tuesday morning, Nov. 4, that he was recently tested.
His best guess is that it came in response to him posting a video of himself gently dunking during practice on Oct. 24.
"Post a video dunking, drug test a week later!" he posted on social media.
