PENNSYLVANIA (WTAJ) -- As voters across the Commonwealth head to the polls Nov. 4, they will notice three choices involving the retention of Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justices.
In terms of retention races, voters will have to mark "Yes" in favor of three justices receiving ten more years on the Supreme Court, or "No." The three judges, Justices Kevin Doughtery, David Wecht and Christine Donohue, were elected as Democrats in 2015, with their party holding the majority in the state's high court since.
