KANSAS CITY, Mo. (WDAF) - There will be no changes to the Kansas City Chiefs roster after standing pat ahead of the NFL trade deadline at 3 p.m. CT.

Despite constant rumors, the Chiefs appear to be content with what they have on their roster for the second half of the season.

The Chiefs were reportedly in the market for another pass rusher to help a defensive line that has been inconsistent and losing Omarr Norman-Lott for the season to a torn ACL.

But GM Brett Veach seems to be banking on the defensive line picking things up as the season goes along, something that has been a constant over the years with defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo.

The running back position was also initially a concern, but Isiah Pacheco and Kareem Hunt have started to play better over the past few weeks. R
