PENNSYLVANIA, USA — Voters in four Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania Counties will select four new judges tonight.

Monroe County
In Monroe County , candidates are competing for two seats on the bench opening up with the retirements of judges Margherita Patti-Worthington and Arthur Zulik.
Those running are Democrats Patrick Best and Janet Jackson and Republicans Kelly Lombardo and Alexander Marek. Each spent years working as lawyers in Monroe County.
Luzerne County
In Luzerne County , two people are seeking one judicial seat.
They are Tom Mosca, of Dallas and Mark Bufalino, of Wilkes-Barre.
