MURRAY – Murray-Calloway County Hospital is pleased to welcome Hunter Wood, PA-C to Murray Pulmonology.

Wood completed her Bachelor of Science from Southeast Missouri State University, as well as her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Bethel University. She previously worked as a phlebotomist and a medical assistant and is certified by the American Heart Association in advanced care life support.

Wood is married to Griffin Wood, who will also be working in the future at MCCH as a physician assistant. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, traveling, spending time with friends and family and going on walks with her dogs. She said she is looking forward to this opportunity and providing care for the West Kentucky and Northwest Tennessee region.
