On Wednesday at 2:18 a.m. the National Weather Service released a wind advisory valid from 7 p.m. until Thursday 7 a.m. for Western Chester, Eastern Chester and Eastern Montgomery as well as Delaware, Philadelphia and Bucks counties.
The weather service says, "West winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected."
"Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result," adds the weather service. "Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution."
