U.S. Sen. Jacky Rosen, D-Nev., isn’t buying the Trump administration’s clarification of the president’s nuclear testing comments.

Energy Secretary Chris Wright said Sunday the newly ordered tests wouldn’t involve nuclear explosions — just “system tests” using “noncritical explosions,” he told Fox News. It was the administration’s first explanation since Trump posted on social media last week that he had “instructed the Department of War to start testing our Nuclear Weapons on an equal basis.”
