CLEVELAND, Ohio — Cleveland Browns coach Kevin Stefanski is turning over play calling to offensive coordinator Tommy Rees in hope that Rees can invigorate the offense as they head to New York to face the Jets (1-7). The Browns are 2-6 and have scored 20 or more points only once.
