The Steelers made an addition to their 53-man roster today, per report.
According to KPRC2’s Aaron Wilson, Pittsburgh is signing defensive tackle Brodic Martin off of the Kansas City Chiefs practice squad Wednesday.
Martin was a third-round pick in 2023 by the Detroit Lions. Over his first two seasons, he played in five games, starting one. He has four career tackles.
Martin was cut by the Lions ahead of the 2025 season, where he was then signed to the Chiefs’ practice squad.
The 6’5, 326-pound defensive tackle was seen as a run-stuffer coming out of Western Kentucky.
