Alaska’s annual land auction has concluded, with 92 residents winning 99 parcels totaling 707 acres across the state.

The Alaska Department of Natural Resources reported that bidders offered a combined $3.8 million for properties during the 2025 Land Auction, which ran from June 5 to October 1. A total of 350 bids were submitted through the online auction conducted by the Division of Mining, Land, and Water.
