MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A 19-year-old was arrested by the Memphis Safe Task Force for a murder charge on Tuesday.

At 1 p.m., task force agents said with the help of the United States Marshals Service Special Operations Group, arrested Martravius Vinson, 19, for second-degree murder.

The U.S. Marshals Service said he was taken into custody in the 400 block of Shadcrest Road in Raleigh.

His bond has been set to $250,000. A court date has not been scheduled.
