VANCOUVER, Wash. — Three suspects have been arrested after a man was shot and killed in a Vancouver apartment parking lot in October.

On Oct. 26, around 7:49 a.m., Clark County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) deputies responded to reports of multiple gunshots in the 9400 block of Northeast 19th Avenue. When they arrived, they found a man, identified as 40-year-old Jacob Hall, with a gunshot wound in the car's front seat. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Witnesses had told police they saw two men wearing masks going back and forth between the victim’s car and a red Lexus, then took off in that Lexus. Police at the time said two suspects were at large.
