(Tea, SD) — A 19-year-old man is under arrest for last Sunday’s shooting in Tea that left two wounded. Mattison Hitzeman of Sioux Falls was booked on charges of aggravated assault and reckless discharge of a firearm. The shooting happened in a parking lot just after 12:30 a.m. on November 2nd.
